Refunds
/ Training
To apply for a refund you will need to complete a ‘Change Enrolment’ and a ‘Refund Request’ form and attach any relevant evidence pertaining to the application.
You should note the following guidelines regarding fee refunds.
A full refund will be given If Valtalina Recruitment cancels a program. A part refund (less $50.00 processing fee) will be given if you cancel your enrolment before the program commences.
NO refunds will be given once the program has commenced, unless:
You suffer an illness or injury preventing you from completing the program. {A medical certificate must be supplied} exceptional circumstances prevent you from completing the program.
Documentary evidence will be required if applying for a refund for the above reasons. No refund will be given for information technology fee once issued or classes have commenced.
Where a refund is less than the $50.00 processing fee, no refund will be paid.
Deposits on courses are not refundable where the student does not attend.
